Placing an Order
By placing an order with Raspberry Studio Limited (either via our website, email, telephone or post), the following terms and conditions are accepted. Please take a moment to read these carefully and why not print a copy for your reference and records. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Processing your Order & Proof Samples
Once we have received your order, we prepare artwork and send a .pdf proof via email for checking. This usually takes 1 week. If hard copies are required rather than email, we will send A4 or A3 printed samples for clients to check layouts prior to preparing proof samples. These hard copies are not intended to indicate finish or print quality. The first set of proof amendments are free of charge, subsequent changes are charged at £4.00 per amendment (this is only charged once per item, per version).
After approval of the .pdf proof, we provide a proof sample, free of charge, prior to production. Additional samples, if required, are available at full price unit cost. At Raspberry Toast we always aim to match production to proof sample colour exactly. This is not always possible, in which case the closest alternative will be printed. Proof samples take 2 weeks to process, in busy times this may be longer.
Raspberry Studio Limited cannot be held responsible for any typing or image errors noticed by the client after the .pdf proofs and proof samples have been checked and approval has been given.
Any changes required must be emailed or marked on the original paper and submitted via email or recorded post. Any changes made after approval will be charged accordingly.
If you require your order urgently, please advise us prior to placing your order. We always do our best to fulfill urgent orders (our workload permitting). For urgent orders we require approval of proof samples within 24 hours of you receiving them.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery from receipt of your order.
After an order has been placed, we aim to get an electronic .pdf proof to you in 1 week. After approval of this proof, we will send a proof sample within 3 weeks. Once the proof sample is approved, production usually takes 2-3 weeks. If an order is required more quickly then this, please get in touch prior to placing your order.
Please Note: We require variable information (such as full names, ceremony timings, venue details, directions, guest list etc etc) once an order has been placed. This information is required via email or word document.
At Raspberry Toast we can make any changes to existing designs, or design something completely new for our clients. If you would like us to change the font/design on an existing design and this dramatically changes the layout (therefore incurring design hours in the studio), we will charge a nominal fee of £20. This charge will still apply if the client decides to revert back to the original font after seeing the changes.
Making name, venue and personal detail changes comes as standard. We will not charge for this service.
Raspberry Toast off the shelf, DIY and bespoke designs are the sole property of Rasberry Studio Limited and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced in any form without the permission of Raspberry Toast. Any improper or illegal use of the designs will be pursued.
With regards to copyright permission for hymns and poems you wish to use within your Order Of Service/Ceremony. Please seek permission to use any material from your vicar or registrar before you ask us to include it in your stationery.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Once your order has been confirmed and your invoice paid, however, the prices are secure. The price includes the typesetting, proof sample and printing. Orders will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions shown on this website.
Once an order is placed, full payment is required. Stationery will be printed once payment has cleared.
Packing, Postage & Delivery?
At Raspberry Studio Limited we take exceptional care and attention when packaging and posting your orders. Safe and appropriate packaging is used for each order. A £14 delivery charge applies to all orders to UK address and £30 to all addresses in Ireland. Please note, this may increase for larger orders.
We use Royal Mail service, delivered Monday to Friday and a signature will be required as proof of receipt. We make every effort to ensure parcels are dispatched and delivered on time and safely. If customers return approval of their orders timely (within 48 hours), Raspberry Toast guarantees orders to arrive prior to your wedding date. If a delivery is delayed or lost, Raspberry Studio Limited will do everything possible to locate or replace the order. If a client delays the approval process and an order results in being useless for it’s original purpose, Raspberry Studio Limited accepts no liability for any additional costs to the client for replacements. Where Raspberry Studio Limited performs its obligations to rectify defective/lost orders under this condition you will not be entitled to any further claim in respect of the work done nor will you be entitled to treat delivery thereof as a ground for repudiating the contract, failing to pay for the work or canceling further deliveries.
We can also deliver to Europe, USA, Canada and Australia if required. All our stationery is invoiced in UK sterling, payment can be made by international bank transfer. Please contact us, prior to confirming your order, with regards to delivery costs as these vary depending on weight and destination.
The ordering process and lead times for international customers are the same as the UK. However, proofs will be emailed PDF’s rather than printed hard-copies (if printed proofs are requested lead times will increase accordingly).
We cannot offer an exchange or refund for our personalized products. Only damaged or faulty goods can be returned for refund or exchange.
Availability of Materials & Colour Variation?
Orders are subject to availability of materials. In the event of supply difficulties Raspberry Studio Limited will inform you immediately to discuss alternative materials or designs.
Due to the bespoke nature of the printing small variations in colour may occur. For orders that are printed in separate batches or split over a time period, there is always a possibility of colour variation or print discrepancy. This is due to items being printed in short runs, using different equipment or ink batches. Whilst we would always endeavour to get an exact colour match, please be aware that there is a possibility that items may not be identical in respect of colour and print quality. Please be aware that payment for colour discrepancies will not be refunded.
Cancellations, Loss or Damage
If an order is cancelled for any reason, 50% of the full order cost will be chargeable in order to cover any design work already completed at the time of cancellation. Once proofs are signed off and approved however, a refund will no longer be possible and orders must be paid for in full.
We are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to your door and signed for. We only deliver goods to the address on the original order and goods will not be left without a signature. You are responsible for the goods when they have been signed for and accepted. After acceptance, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your risk. Please be aware that Raspberry Studio Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once an order has been dispatched and signed for.
